Hoonigan Racing’s Ken Block and Alex Gelsomino won their first New England Forest Rally (NEFR) on Saturday after outrunning Subaru Rally Team USA’s David Higgins and Craig Drew by 6.5 seconds in the Rally American National Championship event at Newry, Maine.
