After 5,000 miles of competitive driving, Andy and Mercedes Lilienthal of Southwest Portland claimed a class victory in the 2024 running of the Alcan 5000 Winter Rally. The event took place from Feb. 21 to March 1, and included 10 days of competitive driving and endurance in the harsh winter conditions of the far north.
